Returns & Refunds
- Due to the customised nature of made-to-order blinds, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted.
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly manufactured products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Where required under Australian Consumer Law, BLINDZY will repair, replace, or refund faulty products.
- Minor variations in colour, texture, or fabric appearance are not considered faults.
Limitation of Liability
